"As a nurse attorney with twelve years of clinical practice and over fifteen years of risk management experience, I know what's at stake with a disciplinary action by a state licensing board. I began disciplinary defense work in 2015 after observing nurses and other health care professionals being reported to state licensing boards maliciously or for adverse events beyond their control, and seeing punishments that were out of proportion to the offenses charged. I work with each client to see accusations and complaints resolved as quickly and fairly as possible."
